Who we are

What information we collect

We collect the details you give us when requesting a quote — through the contact form, by phone or text, or through the chat assistant on our website — including your name, phone number, email, suburb, and a description or photo of the job. We may also collect basic technical information like browser type and pages visited to keep the site working properly.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and carry out the job you've booked with us. We don't use your information for anything beyond running the business.

Photos of your job

Photos you send us of an item or job are used only to prepare an accurate quote and plan the work. We don't publish customer photos without asking first.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where required to deliver the service (for example, coordinating a pickup with a seller you've told us about) or where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and job details for as long as reasonably needed for record-keeping and tax purposes, then delete them.

Cookies and website analytics

Our website uses basic analytics (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. This data is anonymised and used only to improve the site.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
